Initial defects: 1 month free warranty

All our craftsmen works very hard to make sure that all our customers are satisfied. This means paying close attention to details and making sure that all products is of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that there is a "defect" in the product, we will replace it. Please check your product for any "defects" upon receiving the product and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Replacement period is 30 days from the date you received the product. You'll also need to provide us with a clear picture of the defective product. In addition, please understand that because our product is made of genuine leather, there might be slight trances of wrinkles, veins and scars which are unavoidable.


  • Product “defects” at the time of delivery

The following cases will not covered by the warranty.

  • Products that have a defect after the 30-day warranty period.
  • Defects caused by accidents, misuse or incorrect usage of product.

  • We cannot respond to inquiries such as ``the color of the actual leather/stitching is different from the image at the time of purchase.''

Repair for a fee

At Inokura Leather, we provide paid repairs so that you can use our products comfortably and for a long time.
After receiving your inquiry, our representative will provide you with a quotation.
We do not accept stitch color changes. (Additional charges will apply for color changes)

Application process

  1. 1.Application for repair

    Please contact us about paid repairs using the inquiry form or by phone.
    After that, the person in charge will inform you of the repair cost (including post-repair shipping charges) and estimated storage period.

  2. 2.Shipping of repaired products

    After we have informed you about the repair, please send it to our reception desk.

    • We only accept "prepayment".
    • Please write "Repaired Leather Products" in the product name field on the shipping slip.
  3. 3.Estimate

    After the product arrives at our company, our representative will inform you of the official storage period, repair details, and fees.

  4. 4.Product repair

    Please accept the information we have provided and pay the repair cost.
    After confirming your payment, we will begin the repair.
    We accept various payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery) for repair costs.

  5. 5.Returning the product

    Once the repair is completed, we will send it back to you.
    Please accept it.

  • We may refuse repair if the damage is too severe.
  • We do not accept products sent by "cash on delivery".
  • There is no designated shipping company for shipping the product.

  • We will send it back to you within a week after sending it.

In order to ensure that our customers can use our products for many years to come, we maintain every detail of our products, including changing the stitching and polishing them with wax before returning them.

About returns and exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please check the notes below and contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receiving the item.

As a general rule, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience.
We only accept returns for unopened, defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
  • We cannot accept exchanges or returns for items that have passed more than 5 days from the delivery date.
  • When refunding, the amount will be deducted from the transfer fee. We will refund your money within 3 business days after receiving the product.
  • The return shipping charges incurred when returning or exchanging defective products will be borne by the retailer.
